How we handle your information, what happens if a project is cancelled or changed, and the terms every project runs under.

Privacy policy
Addax Animation Studios LLC respects your privacy and protects the personal information you share with us.
What we collect
- What you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, company, project type, timeline, budget and message.
- What you send us by email during a project: briefs, references, data and feedback.
- Anonymous usage data about how the site is used, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a written scope and quote.
- To carry out and deliver a project you have commissioned.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Cookies and analytics
- The site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Neither sets cookies until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner.
- If you decline, Microsoft Clarity is never loaded, and Google Analytics runs without cookies or identifiers.
- Your choice is stored in your own browser, and you can reset it by clearing this site’s data.
Protection
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- It is shared only with the services needed to run the site and reply to you — our email delivery provider and the analytics tools above — and only for those purposes.
- Material you send us for a project is treated as confidential and used only for that project. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send it.
Your rights
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, by emailing hello@addaxanimation.com.
Cancellation, refund and change policy
Every project is paid in stages tied to approvals, so you only ever pay for work you have seen and signed off.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel before work starts and any payment you have made is refunded in full.
- Cancel after work starts and payments for stages you have already approved are non-refundable. The stage in progress is charged only for the work completed on it.
- On cancellation you receive everything approved up to that point.
- If we have to cancel a project on our side, any payment for work not yet delivered is refunded in full.
Changes and revisions
- Two rounds of revisions are included at each approval stage — script, storyboard and animation.
- Changes beyond those rounds, or to a stage you have already approved, are quoted in writing before any work is done on them. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
- A change of direction can be taken at any stage. We tell you the effect on cost and schedule the same working day.

By using this site or commissioning a project from Addax Animation Studios LLC, you agree to the following terms.
The written scope
- Every project starts with a written scope stating what is covered, what is delivered, the payment schedule and the delivery date. Work begins once you have agreed it.
- Where the scope and these terms differ, the scope applies.
Prices and payment
- Prices published on the site are starting prices and may change without notice. The price in your agreed scope is fixed and does not change.
- Payment is split across the approval stages. Each stage begins once the previous payment has been received.
Your materials and approvals
- You confirm you have the right to share the material you send us, such as CAD files, data, images and references.
- Delivery dates assume feedback arrives within the time agreed in the scope. Late feedback moves the delivery date by the same amount.
- The science is reviewed by a qualified physician before render. Final approval of scientific, medical and regulatory claims for your intended use remains with you.
Ownership and use
- Once the project is paid in full, you may use the final animation for any purpose, without time limit.
- Third-party elements such as licensed music or voiceover are covered by their own licences, which we set out in the scope.
- We may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to or the project is covered by an NDA.
This website
- The content of this site, including the animations and images, belongs to Addax Animation Studios LLC or to our clients. It may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.
- Articles on this site are for general information and are not medical advice.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. A project is carried out under the terms in force when its scope was agreed.
